I am an engineer for a capital equipment manufacturing company. We produce equipment for the glass coating industry; ranging from glass used in skyscrapers to glass used in your touch screen phone.
Previously I worked for a company that made research based thin film deposition machines, such as Molecular Beam Epitaxy and Atomic Layer Deposition.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Physics.
I was fortunate enough to work in the Material Science Center where I maintained an X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy and Scanning Tunneling Microscope.
This experience introduced me to the vacuum world and have worked ever since.
